With everyone gathered on the launch site on Bluebell Road,
and the safety briefings completed, Saturday morning’s hot air balloon
adventure could begin.
Shortly before 06:45, our hot air balloon G-CENX gently rose
into the morning sky above Norwich.
Travelling with a gentle south-westerly breeze, passengers
on their hot air balloon ride were treated to spectacular views of the city of
Norwich before heading out to the Norfolk villages of Rackheath and Salhouse
before landing in a grass field in the village of Woodbastwick.
“The balloon crew work really hard and are very good at
their job. The pilot was very professional indeed. It was a mega flight with
good views over the city. The whole thing from start to finish in one word,
MEGA.” David Vardigans.
“Absolutely mustard!” David Lewis.
“It was a fantastic experience, made even nicer by the
fabulous staff. I highly recommend flying with Broadland Balloon Flights. Thank
you so much.” Charlene Fullerton.
“Well worth the wait, a fabulous morning of flying over the
city and seeing the broads. My mum said it’s good to see another view of John
Lewis! Thank you very much.” Anna Carrington and Maureen Price.
