05:30 saw our sixteen passengers accompanied by their friends and family gather on the launch site on Bluebell Road in Norwich.
With the early morning mist quickly clearing G-CENX was airborne at 06:20, beginning the hot air balloon ride.
Flying directly over the city of Norwich, passengers aboard the hot air balloon G-CENX were treated to all the sights our fine city has to offer. The cathedral and churches, Norwich castle, and of course Carrow Road, home to NCFC.
Continuing in a Northerly direction, this morning’s hot air balloon ride continued out towards Spixworth, then over Wroxham and Coltishall, providing spectacular views of many different landscapes.
The sixteen aeronauts finally came back down to earth at Tunstead, where the balloon was packed away, and the flight toasted in the traditional manner with a glass of chilled Champagne (or orange juice).
